Students will be allocated time slots for all rehearsal dates below. Please note there are two stage rehearsal dates. Not all students will be required for both Stage Rehearsal dates. Times will be confirmed as soon as possible. *You will be advised which date and times you will be required to attend*

Dress Rehearsal (Sunday 2nd November: 9 am - 3 pm, Wynnum West State School)

Stage Rehearsal - (Friday 14th November & Friday 21st November, After school time slots, Iona College)

The Concert (6th December, Afternoon, Iona College)

Student Participation Fee *

The concert fee helps cover the many behind-the-scenes costs that make this special event possible — including professional theatre hire, lighting and sound technicians, mandatory venue manager, backstage supervisors, front-of-house staff, and extra rehearsals. It also ensures your child is well-supported and safe throughout the day, both on and off stage.

Costume Deposit Fee *

(Students get to keep their costumes and we try to reuse costumes where we can. We aim to keep costumes as affordable as possible while still maintaining quality and stage appeal.) For example, if your child is in 3 dances, the costume deposit will be $50 per dance. E.g. $50 x 3 = $150. The costume balance will be due in Term 4 (October). (Stretch and skills class, Acting class, Feet & Pointe class do not require a costume)

Students in Ballet & Tap Combo Class (Saturdays 11:00 am - 12:00 pm require 2 costumes)

Remainder Costume Balance due Term 4 (Will be included on Term 4 invoice) *

Toddler - Preschool ($20 - $30)

Mini - Junior Age group ($30 - $40 per costume)

Intermediate - Senior Age group ($45 - $60 per costume)
